5 stars isn enough for the experince we just had. After about and hour into my 2 year olds nap. The wife said ahe wants to order from food dudes. I have never heard of that place . she laughed and told me what it was. Sceptical and expecting the worst i said ok. After about another half an hour of being over whelmed by kick ass menu's . We decided to go with famouse daves. We orderd . and expecting cold food and BBQ Sauce everywhere. I opened the box . scary right lol . everything was as it would be at the resteraunt . Hot and not messy. The burger was bomb and then we woke up baby to eat her mac and cheese . Amazing experience. We will be ordering from them everytime from now on .
Having Indian delivery is totally worth a normal every restaurant delivery charge!! I left a good tip because this is an AWESOME service. Any restaurant would be genius to partner with them.
Visiting Duluth and did not feel like going out. Wanted to stay in and enjoy our beautiful view of Lake Superior. Called Food Dudes and had our dinner within 45 minutes. Piping-hot and delicious!! Ordered from Canal Street Brewery. We had never heard of Food Dudes before. I wish they had one where we live in southeastern Wisconsin.
We were in Duluth for one night to see the Bentleyville lights and wanted food, but not Pizza. We saw Food Dudes and thought what the heck, we ordered from 310 Pub and the food came in a timely manner, the delivery dude was personable and shocked when we tipped more since gratuity is added to the bill. I was super happy we used this service and when we come back to Duluth we will use it again. Thanks Food Dude!!!!
I love food dudes! I had one issue when they delivered my fajitas, they didn't bring the tortillas but I called them back and they ran back and got them! Even though after they delivered my food they were already closed. Very kind always and the 5$ is well worth it since theres always a delivery fee anywhere i normally order from anyway.
Had a little bit of a mix up today and my delivery person accidentally gave me the wrong order. Eager to devour my delicious food I grabbed the bag without looking at the receipt. When I opened it and realized I had the wrong order I called the contact number on their website right away. A food dudes representative told me they would try to contact the driver before he delivered my order to the other person. Unfortunately, they didn't reach him on time. The representative told me that they would re-order my food and have it brought to me asap. I then received an additional phone call from another representative. I explained the situation to her and she was totally apologetic. She told me this does not happen often and that I could keep the additional food if I wanted to. I was so impressed with the customer service of food dudes. I love ordering from them and based off this experience I know I will continue to order through them, and definitely recommend them to everyone I know :)
I have tried every other delivery service in town and they took almost 3hrs to get food from, and they screwed up orders. Food Dudes on the other hand has been awesome. One time I didn't get something that was on my order(restaurants fault), food dudes rushed to fix it asap! We have now used them at least 50 times in the last couple of years and love them! Their drivers are always polite and friendly. I highly recommend Food Dudes over any other delivery service, especially during the stay at home order!
We used Food Dudes for the second time this evening. Everything was delivered in a timely manner and still warm; but my son's meal was not what we ordered so I had to call the customer service line and request a new meal. I was a little worried because I didn't get a new confirmation, but it showed up quickly and the delivery driver was super nice and apologetic. Everything was correct with the new meal and I had a happy kid again. We will continue to use Food Dudes!

Been using Food Dudes Duluth, MN for a long time. Great customer service. Quite prompt and courteous. And when they make a mistake they own up to it, and rectify it immediately.
